Build and host a website £335 for the initial build and one years hosting.
£97 per year for subsequent years.

It is assumed that your site is no larger than 8 actual pages. Larger sites would have a price agreed upfront.
Usually the client to provides their own images from low cost free or own images. Images can be sourced and pricing would be discussed beforehand.

Up to 100 outgoing emails a day £38 per year.
SSL Certificates are supplied from LetsEncrypt. We can only provide / maintain certificates for sites that we host.
Maintanence
We can help you our with this if necessary and will do if you get stuck. WordPress is very easy to run and there are many videos and blogs that cover issues and challenges that may face small site owners.
Re-modeling If you decide at some point that you would like a new look on your site, we can certainly switch out the theme and get it updated for you. This is not included in the price and would be agreed up front. Typical costings would be in the region of £150 for a new look.
